Return and Replacement Process

  2. Product Pickup: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup. Ensure the product is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

  3. Pickup Failure Charge:

    • If you fail to hand over the product during the scheduled pickup, a 50% charge of the product’s value will be levied.

    • The remaining balance will be processed as a refund, provided the product is returned later in acceptable condition.

Refund and Replacement Policy
  • Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after the product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any shipping fees.

  • Replacement requests are subject to stock availability. If the product is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

Exceptions and Important Notes
  • Sale items, discounted purchases, or items bought during promotional sales are not eligible for returns or replacements.
